At Physiolutions, Meredith created SPYNE School where healthcare and fitness professionals expand and refine their knowledge in scoliosis and spinal conditions to support their clients in the best way possible. SPYNE School integrates the principles of Schroth with foundational elements of yoga and Pilates to embolden clarity and confidence so that teachers and students are SPINE SMART in their exercise and movement choices.
At Kioko, Meredith works 1:1 with patients, drawing upon her unique combination of knowledge and depth of experience, seamlessly blending the worlds of Schroth, Physiotherapy, yoga and Pilates to promote exceptional outcomes that address the whole person, not just a diagnosis.
Specializing in The Schroth Method, Meredith is an internationally appointed teacher in The SSOL-Schroth Method for Scoliosis and Spinal Conditions. She is 1 of only 5 active teachers in the United States appointed to teach and certify other therapists in PSSE (Physiotherapeutic Scoliosis Specific Exercise). She holds advanced certification as a (C2) BSPTS Therapist through the Barcelona Scoliosis Physical Therapy School, having studied directly from Dr Manuel Rigo in Barcelona. She is also a SEAS Certified Scoliosis Therapist through the Italian school, ISICO, and is a regularly invited speaker at Columbia University on the conservative and non-surgical management of scoliosis.
In addition to her physiotherapy credentials, Meredith is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT), an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT500), and a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT).
